JokogWealthNexus is a digital wealth education and financial capability platform. It provides learning programmes, progress tracking, certificates, and manual planning tools for goals, budgets and savings habits.

The platform is informational and educational only. Nothing on it is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, an offer to sell or solicit securities, or a recommendation of any product, provider or opportunity.

We never hold, receive, custody, transfer or move member funds. We do not operate a wallet, bank account, exchange or payment service on your behalf, and we do not connect to your bank accounts. All planning figures you enter are your own records for your own use.

We make no guarantees of returns, profit, income or financial outcomes, and we do not make price predictions.

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement in your jurisdiction. Accounts may not be shared or resold.

You agree not to:

• misrepresent your identity, credentials or educator status;
• attempt to forge course completion, quiz results or certificates;
• copy, resell or redistribute educational content without permission;
• probe, scrape, disrupt or attempt to bypass platform security or access controls;
• use the platform to solicit deposits, investments or money transfers from others.

Approved educators are responsible for the content they publish and warrant they hold the rights to it. Opportunity listings, grants and training programmes are shared for information only; we do not endorse third parties and are not a party to any arrangement you make with them. Verify independently before acting.

Certificates confirm completion of educational content on this platform. They are not a professional licence, qualification, accreditation or financial credential, and may be revoked where they were obtained in breach of these terms.

The platform, its branding and its software remain the property of JOKOG DIGITAL ECOSYSTEMS LIMITED. You keep ownership of the content and data you submit and grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service for you.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use means you accept the updated terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any financial decision you make based on educational content or your own planning figures. You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions.

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, fraud, or conduct that endangers other members or the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
