Privacy Policy

• Account data — display name, email address, and, where you sign in with a third-party identity provider, the identifier and username that provider returns.
• Learning data — enrolments, lesson and quiz progress, completion records and certificates.
• Planning data you enter — goals, budget entries and savings plans. These are figures you type in yourself; we do not import them from any bank.
• Support data — messages and tickets you send us.
• Technical data — limited logs needed to keep the service secure and working.

We do not collect bank credentials, card numbers, account balances or wallet private keys, and we do not connect to your financial accounts. We hold no member funds.

To create and secure your account, deliver educational programmes and track your progress, issue and verify certificates, provide the planning tools, respond to support requests, and meet legal and security obligations. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We process data to perform our agreement with you (providing the platform), on the basis of your consent where you opt in, for our legitimate interests in keeping the service secure, and to comply with applicable law in Nigeria.

Your goals, budgets, savings plans and progress are private to your account and protected by row-level database access rules. Administrators access member data only where necessary for moderation, support or compliance. Certificate verification is deliberately public: anyone with a certificate code can confirm its validity, holder name and programme.

We share data only with the infrastructure providers that host our database, authentication and application hosting, acting on our instructions, and with authorities where the law requires it. JokogWealthNexus keeps its own database, secrets and credentials; nothing is shared with other applications in the Jokog ecosystem.

We keep account, learning and certificate records for as long as your account is active and as long as needed for verification and legal obligations. Support records are retained for a reasonable period after resolution. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.

You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your account, a copy of your records, or withdrawal of consent. Email jokogwealthnexus@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We use encrypted transport, scoped database access policies, server-side authorisation checks and least-privilege secrets handling. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us immediately if you suspect an issue with your account.

The platform is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.
