JOKOG DIGITAL ECOSYSTEMS LIMITED, operating in Nigeria. JokogWealthNexus is a product of this entity within the Jokog ecosystem and keeps its own database, secrets and credentials.
What we can help with
- Account access, sign-in and profile questions
- Programme enrolment, progress and certificate verification
- Educator applications and content review status
- Privacy requests: data access, correction or deletion
- Reporting inaccurate or misleading listings and content
Signed-in members can also open a tracked ticket from the in-app Support centre.
What we cannot do
We do not give financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and we never hold, receive or move member funds. Support will never ask for your password, bank details, card numbers or wallet keys.
